Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

If you wish to cancel an order, please email hello@daisylanebotanicals.com as soon as possible.

Items unused in perfect condition may be returned with prior approval. Fill out our contact form to initiate a return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

In the unfortunate event that your product arrives damaged, you have a complaint about your item or would like a refund, please email hello@daisylanebotanicals.com or fill out our contact form and we will arrange a refund or replacement.

We will require proof of purchase and photos of the damage to process a refund.

Please note, as with all handmade products, there may be variations amongst each batch.
